Your Care Is Evolving

If you are here, you are an existing Heal With Yin patient.

Some of you have been in my care for several months. Others, for five or even ten years. Over that time, I have had the privilege of learning your body—not simply through individual symptoms, but through the patterns, transitions, rhythms, and changes that reveal themselves over time.

Rather than organizing care primarily around individual appointments, I am moving toward a more intentional, longitudinal model—one that allows us to consider not only what is happening today, but what your body has been communicating across seasons, transitions, and years.

You Still Have Access to Independent Follow-Up Care

As an existing patient, you will continue to have access to this private page to book your individual follow-up treatments when you need them. This preserves the autonomy and flexibility many of you have had in working with me.

Threshold Medicine™ organizes treatment around continuity rather than isolated visits. Depending upon what your body is navigating, we may begin looking at your care through one of three longitudinal arcs:

From Appointments to Care Arcs

Seasonal Care

Stabilization and nervous system reset appropriate for early-stage dysregulation or short-term support.

$2100 - 10 visits
$700 per month

6 Month Rhythm Restoration

Rebuilding trust in the body’s daily cadence — morning safety, evening restoration. Focused on moderate dysregulation and hormonal rhythm repair.

$3900 - 20 visits
$650 per month

1 Year Longitudinal Repatterning

Long-term repatterning for chronic stress, trauma history, and deeply embedded physiological loops. This is structured, longitudinal medicine.

$7200 - 40 visits
$600 per month

These are not simply packages of appointments. They allow me to follow patterns across time—how you sleep, recover, digest, regulate, respond to stress, move through hormonal or life transitions, and how your symptoms change between treatments.

What This Means for You

There is nothing you need to decide immediately. Continue to book your existing-patient follow-ups as needed. As your care progresses, we can have a conversation about whether remaining with independent visits or transitioning into a Threshold Medicine™ care arc makes the most sense for where your body is now. For some patients, that transition may happen naturally at the completion of their current package or course of treatment. For others, we may decide together that a different rhythm is appropriate.

Your care remains personal. The structure is becoming more intentional.

Let’s Talk About Your Next Season of Care

If you are curious about Threshold Medicine™, or you feel that the way we have been working together is ready for a deeper level of continuity, I invite you to schedule a conversation with me. We will look at where you are now, what has changed, what patterns we have been following, and what level of support makes sense for your next season.
